Transmission of knowledge is of our key values. Those that are more advanced in a particular train those that are still learning so they too can skill up. Doing this for no value in return is what makes it beautiful. We purely do this for God.
We support each other’s growth through mentorship, networking, collaboration, and providing feedback. Mentorship involves experienced professionals guiding and supporting less experienced colleagues, while networking creates connections that foster learning and development. Collaborative projects offer opportunities for skill exchange and teamwork, and constructive feedback helps individuals identify areas for improvement.
The act of sharing, transmitting one’s knowledge to another for the person to be come better they are is a key aspect to making people feel important and better, confident and strong.
In such feelings, God is appreciated as members, fine the joy of being better persons. Within this activity, the word of God is daily studied and prayer sessions organized for trainees in order to increase their faith in God

Our own workplaces, workshops, trining center, fooball schools, and more are all places of evangelism for our professionals. God gives the lead per time and the word of God is put before anything.
